Jessica plays a vital role in ensuring that our companies meets their safety standards and promote a safe and healthy working environment for all of 3Group, while still protecting the natural environment we work in. She is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws. She also oversees environmental management, aiming to reduce our carbon footprint.
