The Tauranga Girls College Block J was an existing 4000m2 three storey building located in the midst of the college. The building had been condemned due to the low NBR rating and weather-tightness issues. The project scope included the upgrade of the NBR rating, and rectification of the water ingress issues by replacing the cladding and roof and a full new fit out.
